Lessons For a Happy Marriage Now Available Online

Lessons For a Happy Marriage is now available online. Written by Paul Friedman, Lessons For a Happy Marriage is a marriage help manual that has helped hundreds of couples save their marriage. With an almost 100% success rate in saving marriages, it is no wonder that the book’s online release has generated excitement.

Paul Friedman’s entry into the business of helping couples mend their marriages began with a very rough personal experience with divorce. This awakened his desire to help other couples avoid the traumas he experienced with marriage counselors and divorce. He writes, “The divorce courts are as dysfunctional as anything I have ever experienced. They funnel otherwise good people into negative positions they would never have imagined themselves capable of.”

Paul came out of an early retirement to become a mediator. His belief was that couples could easily work out the details of separation and get on with their lives. He discovered the truth from his clients: they only sought divorce because the help they found to stay together didn’t work. He made up his mind to take a fresh and scientific look at what makes a marriage fail, and what makes a marriage work. His efforts yielded the most effective marriage manual ever conceived.

With the success of Lessons For a Happy Marriage, Paul has been commissioned by a publisher to write a book on parenting which is currently in the making.

Local Virtual Assistant Receives Entrepreneurial Recognition

Local Virtual Assistant Receives Entrepreneurial Recognition

DOWNERS GROVE, IL – Sheila York, owner of York Signature Assistance, Inc., announced today that she is the recipient of the VAccolade Business Entrepreneur Award.

The VAccolade Award not only recognizes participation at VAnetworking, the world’s largest member-based Virtual Assistant networking association online, but also recognizes the professionalism with which York presents herself on the Web, thereby giving her more credibility among other Virtual Assistants.

“Virtual Assistants (VAs) are business owners who work from their own offices providing professional support, services and skills to their clients via phone, fax and Internet-based technology. Partnering with a VA reduces stress, protects cash flow, eliminates administrative hassles, and enables business people to find the success they originally set out to achieve. A VA is your right-hand person helping you to succeed in your business. The irony is you may never meet your VA as odds are they live nowhere near you!” (Definition from www.VAnetworking.com).

York specializes in administrative support to individual entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized businesses particularly Event/Meeting planners and is a home-based administrative professional providing various online services to her clients. She started her Virtual Assistance career well equipped with the experience as well as the work/life balance concept. This concept was always important to Sheila and became increasingly necessary as significant changes in her family took place. Having the flexibility to balance family and running a company is no easy task but the reward is well worth it. By providing administrative support to current Event/Meeting Planners, she has the opportunity to utilize her skills and professional experience by providing services to other business owners involved in a niche that she is passionate about, event/meeting planning (hospitality).

In a recent survey from VAnetworking, the United States has the largest number of VAs, followed by Canada, Australia and Europe. Clients pay only for time spent on their projects. There’s no need to pay for taxes, benefits, equipment, etc. VAs are hired on an hourly or a monthly retainer basis.

Do you need help with your child who struggles to learn?

My name is Robin Dicks.

For 8 years, I’ve homeschooled my three children.

One of my children has learning disabilities.

She is a great kid, yet learns very differently from other children.

As I searched for answers to my ever-growing list of questions, I became frustrated because I couldn’t find all the answers in just one place. So I spent many hours collecting information and finding experts that would help me sort out all the details and lead me to the answers and curriculum that I knew were available.

Finding and sorting all this information became a huge task. I realized others could benefit from my research, my experiences, the guest experts I’ve met, and the resources I’ve discovered.

So together with Rhea Perry, I created this private online community for parents who have children with learning disorders and teachers who work with special needs children.

This community is a safe place to share frustrations and triumphs, get tips and resources, and find encouragement to keep going when you feel like quitting.

Even though dealing with a child who has learning disabilities can be difficult, you are not alone. We are here to help!

We’d love to have you Join Our Community Today!

Robin

How To Cut Your Work In Half The Value Of Hiring A Ghostwriter

(Casper, Wyoming) When you want to promote your business, yet you realize you are strapped for time, hiring a ghostwriter can prove invaluable to the success of your promotion efforts. Corrie Petersen, founder of Virtual Freedom 4 You (http://www.virtualfreedom4you.com), discovered that her love for writing brought rewards, and so she parlayed it into a service she offers via her Virtual Assistant business She’s been offering the service for nearly two years and enjoys tackling multiple projects.

“Article writing is very important in business. Articles will give you free exposure to your site, more traffic, and it will show others that you are an expert in your field. Some business owners may not know how to write articles or they may not have time to write, so they hire a ghostwriter. When you hire a ghostwriter, you give them a title and three to four topics and they take care of the rest. Once they send you the article and you pay for it, the article is yours and the ghostwriter has nothing more to do with it. You can submit that article to article directories or you can publish it on your website or blog,” says Corrie Petersen.

Most business owners can benefit from the services of a ghostwriter like Petersen since she will help to keep the client’s profile high in the marketplace by providing fresh content:
• Petersen produces original content that will drive more traffic to your website or blog
• Creates customized, targeted articles to increase unique visitors to your website
• Engages the reader’s attention via compelling copy

In addition to writing, Petersen can also research background material for any specialized trade or industry. “I write on all topics. I’m not limited to what I can or can not write about. If I’m not familiar with the topic I will do the research needed to write the article at no extra charge. Most times this will not effect the turn around time, but you will be notified if more time is needed due to research,” says Petersen.
For more information and to order services, visit: http://www.VirtualFreedom4u.com

Writing samples are available.

I love to write and this gives me the ability to do it for others. I also love to help others reach their goals and grow their business. A ghostwriter can take some of the pressure off of a business owner and allow them the time to do other things in their business which helps them grow. I love it when a client comes to me and says thank you so much for the article I couldn’t have done it better myself. You saved the day!

WAHM Travels Pathway to Success Despite Economic Downturn

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Local Virtual Assistant Travels Pathway to Success Despite Economic Downturn

Contact: Jenifer Jay Phone 216-587-4989 Email: Jenifer@premierbusinessconcepts.com URL: www.premierbusinessconcepts.com

Cleveland, OH November, 2008 – Within today’s market of economic frailty, wide spread industrial and corporate downsizing, plunging home values, and constricted credit concerns Premier Business Concepts is poised to open its virtual doors. After years of managing the day to day operations of the construction company owned by her family, Jenifer Jay, a local single mom, has started Premier Business Concepts Virtual Assistant Company. Operating from her home office allows Ms. Jay to save on expenses associated with leasing office space. Communication being the key element to this business, Ms. Jay is capable of staying in contact real time with her clients by phone, fax, and email. This methodology saves the client time, effort, and energy exhausted with typical recruitment, training, and retention of a full time administrative and support staff. In tandem employee cost is minimal at best.
Virtual Assisting is the fastest growing home based business phenomena of the 21st century and it’s not surprising given the economic benefits of using a VA, Virtual Assistant. VA’s are independent contractors who work from a fully functional, furnished office and are responsible for their own, benefits, insurance, taxes, equipment, technologies, software, etc. VA’s are paid only for time on task and utilize time tracking software that records duration and billing information. The client is not charged for downtime, breaks, lunch, leaving the office when emergencies arrive, etc. This is a beneficial situation for the client and the VA.
Premier Business Concepts is structured to provide business solutions to an array of small to medium sized business entities: Legal and Medical professional, Real Estate Brokerages and Realtors, Property managers, Banking and Loan professionals, Thriving Independent contractors, Taxation professionals/ Accountants, busy athletes and entertainers on the go just to name a few. Services areas include yet are without limitations: Bookkeeping Services including professional tax preparation, Administrative tasks including helping clients switch to paperless document storage and electronic filing and Concierge Services i.e. travel arrangements, reminder services, etc. This allows them to service clients across the country at the same cost as a local client.

Christian children’s author celebrates Christmas with new book and a birthday party for Jesus.

CALGARY, AB - Ruth Willms, children’s Christian author and speaker, is launching her new children’s book, A Christmas Present for Goliath, with a Birthday Party for Jesus. Written for children aged four to seven, A Christmas Present for Goliath tells the beloved Christmas story from a new perspective: through the eyes of a camel who carries gifts from the East to Baby Jesus.

In this 30-page, illustrated book, Goliath is a gentle female camel who is teased because of her name. When Goliath’s master chooses her to carry precious gifts to Baby Jesus, her master’s heart and Goliath’s life are changed forever. Goliath receives not one, but three, very special Christmas presents.

Willms’ previous book, The Lion Tree, is a Christian adventure novel for children aged eight to twelve. The characters face real-life problems, and go to God for the answers. The 117-page paperback novel comes with free character-building exercises and discussion questions, available when you request a sample chapter at http://RuthWillms.com/theliontree.html

The birthday party for Jesus will feature a costume parade, a drama of the biblical Christmas story, and an author reading of A Christmas Present for Goliath. Children are invited to come dressed in a costume of their favorite character from the Christmas story and participate in the parade and drama time. Kids and adults of all ages are welcome to come and enter a draw to win a book or poster for their home, school or church library.

Willms says, “As a preschool teacher, I found that many kids chose not to read books about the true meaning of Christmas.  They glanced at the nativity story and then chose the Santa books instead. I think this was because the well-known Christmas story had lost excitement for these children. A Christmas Present for Goliath is the true Christmas story told from a different perspective, to renew young children’s curiosity about Jesus.” According to Willms, hearing the Christmas story through the eyes of Goliath will help engage young children’s imaginations, and see the story in a new way.

Bulk discounts are available for those who order five or more copies of A Christmas Present for Goliath for their church, school or group.  Organizations can also earn 20% of purchases made by their members.

Willms is available for speaking engagements at churches and schools in the Calgary area. Her parenting seminars focus on practical ways parents can make God’s love real to their children. Willms also leads interactive workshops for children based on A Christmas Present for Goliath and The Lion Tree.

The Birthday Party for Jesus will be held at Crossroads Community Church, 912 – 19 Street NE, Calgary, Lower Auditorium, on November 8 from 1 – 3 pm.
